I had requested Paul take this action and he has
discharged it -- many thanks to him.
Paul had indicated to me that you had still not agreed.
There will be times when we are unable to resolve everyones objections,
and often the best way to go forward is leave an item unspecified
rather than reduce consensus.
I am happy to call a special teleconference on this matter (probably
next thursday at 4pm UK)
I will also consult with the ORs regarding your email.
