Perhaps my previous email wasn't really a productive remark or clear about
what I hoped to convey...
I hope that we will be able to work on the issues of expanding
LC_CTYPE in the next full version together. In the meantime, I hope that
we can reduce/minimize the possibility of any confusions in the current digit
class spec from the XBD.
