Defect in TC2-d1

Problem:

XBD ERN 11 is omitted.

Including it would correct an inconsistency between the absence on
the getconf page of any apparent requirement for it to accept
POSIX2_SYMLINKS, and text elsewhere in XCU which implies that this
value is available from getconf.

Action:

Consider including XBD ERN 11 in TC2.

Action:

Change "XBD ERN 5" to "XBD ERN 8".

Action:

Action:
