Defect code :  1. Error

The dash entries in table 1-1 are stated to be implementation-defined.
This will thus require the semantics to be enumerated in the Conformance
Document. Its unclear what the benefit of this documentation is to applications.

Action:

Change from:

"implementation-defined" 

To:

"unspecified"
