Problem:

Edition of Specification (Year): 2003

Defect code :  1. Error

The standard says:

5176 The bind() function may fail if:
<snip>
5186 [ENOBUFS] Insufficient resources were available to complete the call.

This is "shall fail" error.


Action:

Move ENOBUFS to the list of "shall fail" errors.
