On line 18210, the list of functions following
"The st_atime field shall be marked for update by the first successful
execution of"
is missing fgetwc() and fgetws().

On line 18211, the list of functions following
"not supplied by a prior call to"
is missing ungetwc().

Action:

Add the missing functions listed above.
