Defect code :  1. Error

On line 14378, the list of functions following
"The st_atime field shall be marked for update by the first successful
execution of"
is missing fgetwc(), fgetws(), and scanf(); fscanf() is listed twice.

On line 14379, the list of functions following
"not supplied by a prior call to"
is missing ungetwc().

Action:

Add the missing functions listed above.
