Professional Training Days (April 18 and April 19)

Registration and fees for the professional training events are separate from those for the main conference.        If you wish to register for these, please follow this link.


 

Fee Rates

Government / Academic Rate: To be eligible for the government or academic rate, you must: 1) be a government employee or faculty at an accreditied academic school, 2) register with your email address that conforms to the email domain for your organization, 3) show a valid government or academic ID when you pickup your badge.

NOTE: If you are not able to pay the registration fee with your government credit card, please contact the Conference Director to arrange for an alternate form of payment. Fees must be paid prior to the start of the conference. Contact: Maggie Roth <m.roth at opengroup.org>

Affiliate Rate: This rate applies to affiliate organizations and co-promotional partners. Ask your organization for your Promotion Code and enter it when you register.

Member Rate: The Open Group members are entitled to the member rate, and may attend member work meetings in the forums of which they are members. Certification does NOT entitle you to membership privileges but you may qualify for the Affiliate Rate.

General Notes

  1. You will be charged in the currency that you choose when registering
  2. Any applicable local taxes will be added to the above fees
  3. Membership of The Open Group entitles members to also attend member meetings of their respective forums
  4. Members or non-members may attend other forum meetings if invited by the chair or director of that forum

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted by email and sent to registration@opengroup.org. Cancellation by any other means will not be effective. In the event of cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event, an administration fee of 5% will be charged. No refund will be available in the event of cancellation 7 days or less prior to the event.
 
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time without payment of an administration fee prior to the start of the event.
